Premium Service

We highly recommend paying the Premium Service Fee as it increases the exposure your proposal receives on the site, which in turn increases your chance of finding an investor. Here are 10 reasons to use the Premium Service:

  • Your proposal will be approved with priority status: Your proposal will be reviewed and approved faster than standard proposals, which speeds up the contact process.
  • Your proposal will be featured on the homepage: The most recent Premium Proposal will be displayed on the homepage, meaning that it will be viewed by everyone who visits the site.
  • Immediate contact with investors: If we find an investor who is interested in your proposal, all you have to do is log in to obtain his/her contact details.
  • Upload documents: You have to 10 megabytes of web-space to upload attachments such as a business plan, marketing documents, financial records, images, etc. for the investors to see. There are 3 levels of security, which allow you to choose who can view these attachments.
  • Upload your company logo: You can upload an ad banner or your company’s logo (max 135 x 135 pixels), which will be displayed throughout the site and link directly to your proposal. This will increase the exposure of your proposal and generate more investor interest.
  • Your proposal will appear in the scrollbars: The title of your proposal will be displayed in the horizontal scrollbar at the top of every page. Your proposal summary and logo will also be displayed in the vertical scrollbars throughout the site. These are hyperlinked directly to your proposal, which allows investors to find it easily.
  • Include contact information in your proposal: You can include contact information in your proposal (e.g. company name, product name, websites, email addresses, etc.). If you don’t pay the Premium Service Fee, these details will be removed before your proposal is approved.
  • Investors can contact you directly: After an investor issues a contact request, they will automatically gain access to your contact details, allowing them to contact you directly. This makes the process quicker and easier for the investors, which makes your posting more attractive.
  • View statistics about your proposal: This allows you to track how many investors have been sent your proposal, how many times your proposal summary has been viewed, and how many times your ad banner has been displayed and clicked on.
  • Reduced Renewal Fee: You can renew your proposal for a further 90 days for the reduced fee of $49. If you pay the Renewal Fee, your proposal will be re-sent to the investors and it will appear at the top of the list of recent proposals. Those who only pay the standard fee would have to re-pay the $199 fee in full to renew their proposal for another 90 days.

Looking to have a long-term investment horizon and focus on value creation. We invest in undervalued companies and their people, and help them to realize their potential. We partner with our portfolio companies to help them become industry leaders. We believe competition makes the global economy more productive and more efficient, which enables companies to succeed long-term in the globally competitive marketplace. We encourage our companies to focus on the future through prudent capital investment, R&D, new product marketing, talent development, improved operations and appropriate strategic acquisition. Demand is driven by consumer income and wealth and demographics. The profitability of individual firms depends largely on effective marketing. Large companies have some advantages in providing expertise in a wider range of investment options, and they may be able to charge lower fees. Small companies can compete successfully by providing better service and advice.

We have a profound experience in real estate and its development (projects from 10 Million up to 5B). We have also been involved in aviation (start-ups, expansion). We have a vast network and are experienced. We are principals and not brokers, will not invest in public companies (unless they will delist) as we focus on the products and the long-term growth and the true value of the company. A project needs to be clear, transparent and has to be done with heart. We are hands-on but not babysitters and demand loyalty and integrity. We are prepared to entertain investments even for governments and government projects. Requests for funding or cooperation with a clear name address and phone number and clear information. Business plans without transparency and detail will be ignored. Failing to reply or to detail will result in blacklisting
